Parsedit is a document extraction application. It turns PDFs, invoices, receipts, and scanned forms into structured spreadsheet-ready data that teams can review before sending to their tools.
Users upload documents or import files they choose, define the fields they need, review every extracted value, and approve delivery to destinations such as Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Xero, and Zapier. Nothing is sent until the user approves.
Each parser is a reusable extraction configuration: the document types you accept, the fields you care about, and where approved rows should go. Once a parser is set up, new files follow the same path from upload to review to delivery.
Parsedit is built for operations teams, analysts, finance teams, and mixed ops plus engineering groups that process high volumes of documents. If your work involves retyping invoice totals, copying receipt line items, or chasing fields across scanned PDFs, Parsedit shortens the path from file to trusted structured data.
Solo operators use it to clear a steady inbox of documents. Growing teams use shared parsers, review before send, and destinations that already live in their stack.
Common starting points include vendor invoices, receipts, purchase orders, bank statements, tax forms, and e-invoices. Ready-made templates cover many of these document types so you can start with a known field set and adjust as needed.
Automated extraction is useful only when the output is trustworthy. Parsedit keeps a human in the loop: every extracted value can be inspected, corrected, and approved before it reaches a spreadsheet, accounting system, or Zapier. That design favors operator control over silent automation.
When you connect Google in Parsedit, we request the drive.file scope only. That lets Parsedit access files you explicitly select with Google Picker (for example, documents to import or a spreadsheet destination) or files the app creates. Parsedit does not browse or index your entire Google Drive.
Google user data is used only to provide these features: import selected Drive files into your parser workflow, and append approved rows to Google Sheets you choose. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Parsedit is operated by Cauldrn LLC. We build document extraction software for teams that need accurate structured data without giving up review and approval. For product questions, pricing, or account help, visit our contact page or email support@parsedit.com.
